A: Military Moving Station's background is in corporate relocation and offers experience, expertise and knowledge developed over many years of working with executive transfers around the world. Our military family customers can expect guidance and advocacy as they navigate the process of purchasing or selling a home, and they can rely on our network of preferred real estate brokers and agents for excellent and dedicated service.

Q: How can I become a preferred real estate agent for Military Moving Station?
A: Military Moving Station's program is modeled on our success as a relocation management company, and our partner agents and brokers are therefore expected to provide executive-level service similar to that offered transferring corporate executives. This level of service requires the oversight and leadership of the broker's dedicated relocation department staff. Only real estate brokers are invited to submit their qualifications for review and expected to train and monitor the performance of the real estate agents they assign to work with our customers.

Q: What qualifications do you look for in a network broker?
A: Apart from recognized expertise, success and good standing in the practice and business of residential real estate and relocation, Military Moving Station's preferred real estate service providers must share our mission of meeting the needs of our nation's servicemen and women. Our standards of performance demand the highest levels of professionalism, customer focus, communication and cooperation.

Q: How many opportunities will I receive once my broker is approved as a preferred real estate partner?
A: Military Moving Station is not a lead-generation service. We guarantee only that what opportunities we receive are referred to our preferred network partners. We do not promise and we cannot guarantee any volume of business whatsoever.

Q: Are there any annual fees or membership dues for the preferred network?
A: No. Military Moving Station is a licensed Illinois real estate broker and charges a 35% referral fee against the commission earned for a successful opportunity.

Q: I'm a real estate agent who'd like to post my customers' listings for sale on your website.
A: Military Moving Station does not accept property listings or personal advertising from either within or outside of our preferred network.

Q: Can my company be linked to your website to offer related real estate services to the military families you help?
